Trying to sleep off the weight gain like stomach pain
Was too much of a good thing; too much ice cream.
I wish I could say I was impressed
The laughter; the flattening
The internet is levelling
The internet is everything
Lay me down
Lay me down
Honestly
Lay me down
Weigh me down
Weigh me down
Oh to sleep
Lay me down
Choking on the pit and peachy keen,
Reality exists in Ponzi schemes,
I wish I had your agility
The fridge is full, the lights are on
There’s nothing new, the lights are on
Lay me down
Lay me down
Honestly
Lay me down
Weigh me down
Weigh me down
Oh to sleep
Lay me down
Trying to sleep off the weight gain
I wish I could say it’s working
The internet is levelling
The internet is everything
Junk Drawer lead the pack, swerving into unsettling territory - I love this band's sheer unpredictability. I remember their gig at Output where they followed an excellent set by The Bonk. These guys are the cat's pyjamas! Ursula's Crow
Cermony's Ross John Farrar experiments with synths, bass, & percussion to make music similar to that from the '80s homemade tape scene. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 30, 2023
Wonderful to see Irish musicians putting out something as fresh as this, even if Bitch Falcon's influences are front and centre. The album is a fantastic mix of shoegaze and grunge (and even dream pop if I may be so bold), and it all comes together in one tight, thoroughly enjoyable package. derringerhk
